Lucy Hall

Lucy Hall is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in knowledge management, currently serving as a Director at Citi since January 2001. At Citi, Lucy leads Knowledge Management initiatives within the Marketing & Content organization and has previously directed a Global Knowledge Management team for the Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory business, along with managing a portal and product management team for the Institutional Clients Group. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Researcher at PwC and a Research Associate at The Advisory Board Company. Lucy holds a BA in History with first-class honors from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Arts in Information Services Management from the University of London.
