Luk Lau

Luk Lau is a seasoned senior manager and team player currently serving as the Director of Retail Bank Regulatory Engagement at Citibank. With extensive experience in regulatory risk management, consumer credit risk policy, and fraud risk policy, Luk has led various end-to-end process improvement projects and managed high-risk account segmentation. Previously, Luk held significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and The MITRE Corporation, focusing on analytics, customer profitability, and defense communications. Luk earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University and MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and Columbia Engineering, respectively.
