Lynn Ma is an accomplished financial professional with over 20 years of experience in risk management and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Director at Citi since July 2021, Lynn is responsible for scenario execution, governance, and model management. Prior to this role, Lynn worked at HSBC for over a decade in various senior positions, including Senior Implementation Manager (SVP), leading regulatory remediation and implementing significant regulations, and as Head of Change Management for Traded Risk, overseeing large-scale technology initiatives. Lynn's career began at J.P. Morgan, where a Vice President title was held, managing risk reporting teams and portfolio management as an Associate. Lynn holds an MBA in Finance & Statistics from Baruch College and a BA in Finance from Pace University.
