Malcolm M. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various sectors, including finance and oil and gas. Starting as a Global Talent Sourcer at BP in 2011, Malcolm progressed through roles at Shell, Tullow Oil, NatWest, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Eni, where responsibilities included developing talent pipelines, supporting recruitment processes, and managing candidate relationships.
