Marcin Brzozowski

Marcin Brzozowski is currently the VP Senior Problem Manager at Citi, where they leverage their expertise in ITIL and program management. They previously held roles such as AVP Infrastructure Service Manager and Service Monitoring Technical Workflow Coordinator while at Citi, managing teams and optimizing processes in IT operations. Marcin served as an Election Observer for both the OSCE and the European Commission, contributing to electoral processes across various countries. They hold a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Brooklyn College and a Master of Arts in Slavic Studies from the University of Gdansk.
