Mariko Wada

Mariko Wada is the Vice President of Citi Velocity Sales at Citi, a position held since 2020. Previously, Mariko worked as an Associate at the Asia Research Center of Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management Co., Ltd. from 2018 to 2020, focusing on equity and FX trading orders and macroeconomic research. Prior to that, Mariko was a Research Associate in Investment Management at Coleman Research from 2016 to 2017, where they engaged with clients and conducted industry research. Mariko earned a Master’s Degree in China Development Studies from The University of Hong Kong in 2016 and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Kobe City University of Foreign Studies in 2015.
