Mark Lindsay has extensive experience in the finance industry, particularly in fund accounting and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Mark served as Vice President and ETF Fund Accounting Manager at BNY Mellon from December 2006 to August 2012, where responsibilities included managing the relocation of functions for 150 ETF funds and ensuring accurate nightly basket calculations. Following this, Mark held the role of Manager of ETF Investment Operations at Invesco PowerShares Capital Management from August 2012 to November 2019, overseeing operations for over 300 ETFs and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Currently, as Senior Vice President at Citi since November 2019, Mark provides risk guidance for North American Fund Accounting and ETFs, focusing on financial operational risk events. Mark graduated with a BA in Accounting from Widener University.
