Mark McMurray

Mark McMurray is a hands-on, entrepreneurial risk leader with over 16 years of progressive experience in the financial industry. They currently serve as the Head of US Unsecured Account Management Risk at Citi, leveraging their expertise in consumer credit, fraud, and collections policy to drive analytics and optimize risk management strategies. Mark has held various senior leadership roles, including SVP positions focused on business development and chief risk officer responsibilities. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, as well as a Master of Science in Data Mining and Applied Statistics from DePaul University.
