Mark Neill is currently the Senior Vice President and Client Onboarding Group Manager, leading the EMEA Investor Services Client Onboarding team in Belfast. They have held various positions at Citi from 2018 to 2023, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President in Client Onboarding and Operations. Prior to that, Mark worked at Bank of Ireland as a Customer Service Advisor from 2008 to 2010. Mark earned a BSc Hons in Marketing with a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Ulster University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
