Mark Rudd is a design leader currently serving as the Director of UX for the Global Payments Team at Citi. With a focus on the inspiration and potential of each team member, Mark has previously held roles such as Lead UX Designer and Creative Director within Citi’s FinTech Innovation and Partnerships teams. Mark’s extensive experience includes consulting for major companies like AT&T, Verizon, and Rockfish, as well as a freelance graphic design career. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and Illustration from Indiana Wesleyan University and completed a User Experience Design program at General Assembly.
