Mark Rush

Mark Rush is an accomplished change manager with extensive experience in Tier 1 investment banking, currently serving as the COO and Head of Delivery at TechGenetix, where they focus on AI transformation and technology consultancy. Previously, they held roles including Group Program Manager at Citi and Program Director at Credit Suisse, managing complex programs and overseeing substantial budgets. Mark has operated as a practice head at BT Group and provided consultancy services to various external clients across multiple sectors. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Politics & Government from the University of Kent and have actively engaged in business development while managing their own equestrian stud for retired cavalry horses.
