Marshall Sitten

Marshall Sitten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, service design, and academia. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Citi since July 2013, Marshall has held multiple leadership roles focused on customer experience, impact insights, and communications. Additionally, Marshall is a Professor of Service Design at the School of Visual Arts and previously taught Services Innovation at New York University Tandon School of Engineering. As the founder of Flashing12 Communications, Marshall provided consulting for humanitarian organizations, enhancing their communications strategies. Marshall's earlier career includes directing the International Organizations MBA program at the University of Geneva and consulting for various non-profits and corporations. Marshall holds an MBA in International Organizations from the University of Geneva and a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
