Matt Welch

Matt Welch is a technology lead and software engineer currently working as a VP in Applications Development at Citi. They previously held positions at UBS, where they advanced from Java Developer to Associate Director, and worked as a Lead Engineer at Deutsche Bank. Matt began their career as a consultant at Triad Group Plc and has developed specialized skills in Java and J2EE across both public and private sector projects. They earned a BSc Hons in Information Technology and Society from the University of Portsmouth.
