Matt Welsh is the Head of MBS Portfolio Management at Citi Treasury, where they manage an Agency MBS portfolio that includes 30-year and 15-year MBS, CMOs, adjustable-rate mortgages, and commercial MBS. Prior to their current role, Matt worked as a Sell-Side Trader for Agency MBS at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, where they also traded European Government Bonds. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2007.
