Matthew Baker

Matthew Baker is currently the Senior Vice President and UK Transformation Lead at Citi, a position held since 2023. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the GFS Operations Manager at UBS, managing operations and compliance across various business lines. Prior to that, Baker worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as a Client and Pre Settlement Support Manager from 1996 to 1998, where they facilitated client relations and operational processes. They hold a high school diploma from Great Baddow High School, completed in 1996.
