Matthew Bunda

Matthew Bunda is the Risk & Control Head for North America Markets at Citi. They previously held various legal positions at Citi, including Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, where they managed a broad range of regulatory inquiries and litigation. Prior to joining Citi, Bunda worked as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Deborah L. Cook at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Bunda earned a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a Doctor of Law from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
