Max Beilby

Max Beilby is currently the Senior Vice President of Culture & Behavioral Risk at Citi, where they manage a global team and conduct culture audits using insights from psychology. Previously, Max held various roles, including Behavioural Risk Audit Manager at NatWest and Employee Insight Manager at HSBC, where they contributed to important projects such as the 'Change Diagnostic' tool and the establishment of a behavioural science unit. Max has also been a member of the Board of Advisors at Ethical Systems since 2021, promoting ethical practices in business. They earned a Master of Science in Organisational & Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
