Max Mitchell

Max Mitchell has extensive legal experience spanning various prestigious law firms and financial institutions. Beginning as an Associate at White & Case from September 1996 to January 2000, Max specialized in corporate and financial services. After serving as an Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP from October 2001 to March 2006, Max continued to enhance expertise as an Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP until November 2007, followed by a role as a Contract Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from April 2010 to July 2013. Notably, Max worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from February 2016 to March 2020 as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, advising on litigation discovery and regulatory inquiries. Currently, since August 2021, Max holds the position of Senior Vice President Regulations Advisory in the Independent Compliance Risk Management at Citi. Max earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law between 1993 and 1996.
