Max Smith

Max Smith is currently the Vice President of Consumer & Retail Investment Banking at Citi, where they have held various roles since 2019, including Investment Banking Associate and Summer Associate. Prior to their tenure at Citi, Max worked as an MBA Consultant for UNDP in 2019 and contributed as a Student Advisor and Co-Managing Director for the Wolverine Venture Fund from 2018 to 2019. Max also served in the US Army from 2014 to 2015, where they held multiple leadership positions, including Fire Support Officer and Battalion Operations Staff Officer. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and French from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2013, followed by an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan in 2020 and a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School in 2018.
