Max Soifer

Max Soifer is a skilled professional with diverse experience in operations, coaching, and legal assistance. Notably, Max served as the Director of Operations for Men's Gymnastics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where social media accounts flourished under management, becoming the largest among NCAA men's gymnastics programs. As Co-Founder of Leyva Gymnastics Clinic, Max contributed to developing innovative coaching methods, later becoming Head Coach and Program Director at Metropolitan Gymnastics, where success through human-centered coaching was achieved. Additional roles include being a Graduate Assistant Coach for men's gymnastics at Springfield College and a Summer Associate at Citi, where contributions to marketing and technology projects were made. Max is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at NYU Stern School of Business, complemented by a Master of Education from Springfield College and a Bachelor's degree in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington.
