Meg Damus

Meg Damus is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Head of Experience & Strategy for Executive Support at Citi, where they lead a ten-person team focused on enhancing client success and satisfaction for top executives. Prior to this role, Meg held various positions at Citi, including Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in Derivative Operations, where they managed departmental coordination and budgeting. Meg also contributed to significant transformation initiatives, such as managing projects around Citi's 200th anniversary to foster employee engagement.
