Meg Pullis Roebling

Meg Pullis Roebling is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director and Head of Design for Citi Retail Services and Cards, Meg has previously led design transformations at CitiDirect and managed a global UX team at Trade & Treasury Services. Prior roles include Head of CX Research at BNY Mellon, where insights were elevated for various applications, and Director of UX Research at AIG, where research practices were established for a large design team. Meg's career also includes founding Reach Adoption, as well as significant design positions at American Express, AKQA, ESI Design, and Digitas. Meg holds a BA in International Relations and French from James Madison University and has further education from General Assembly and Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
