Mercy Tam

Mercy Tam is a Transformation Manager with extensive experience in project management and operational strategy across top-tier global banks. As the Vice President of Futures & Derivatives Clearing Transformation at Citi, they lead critical transformation initiatives and have successfully managed significant system migrations and automation solutions. Previously, Mercy served as an Assistant Vice President at Citi and completed a Management Associate program, delivering numerous digitization projects. They hold a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Business Intelligence from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
