Michael Berardo

Michael Berardo is a Vice President and Learner Engagement Manager at Citi, where they focus on designing impactful communications and learning experiences. They previously held senior roles in human capital communications and marketing at firms such as PwC and AXA Equitable. Michael also served as a Senior Art Director and holds a BS in Communication Studies from Montclair State University. Additionally, they are the author of "Meta Moves," a guided journal aimed at helping professionals cultivate a growth mindset and meaningful relationships.
