Michael Burke

Michael Burke is the Chief Operating Officer of International Franchise Management and Chief Administrative Officer for the North America Region at Citi, where they facilitate collaboration and governance across the company's North American businesses. Previously, they held multiple key roles at Citi from 2008 to 2017, including Global Compliance Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing a global compliance department and significant re-engineering efforts. Before joining Citi, Michael served in the US Navy as an Ordnance Officer and held various leadership positions, culminating as Combat Systems Officer on the USS Lake Erie. Michael earned a Master of Business Administration from New York University's Stern School of Business and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University.
