Michael DeGroff

Michael DeGroff is a seasoned process transformation expert and senior IT executive currently serving as a Director in Citi’s Data Risk department, where they advise on data and process capabilities focusing on quality and governance. Previously, at BlackRock, they drove data and process improvement initiatives, and as Head of Technology at Calvert Investments, they led enterprise transformation initiatives. Michael has a strong background in building high-performance teams and has created Project Management Offices at multiple firms, enhancing project execution across various organizations. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and have also studied at the Costa Rican Language Academy.
