Michael Delf

Michael Delf is currently the Global Head of Analytics & Infrastructure for Institutional Credit at Citi, where they lead innovative analytics and governance initiatives. They recently transitioned from designing and managing the Global Employee Conduct Risk program for Citi Consumer. With over 22 years of experience at Citi, Delf has held various leadership and transformation roles across multiple regions, including Hong Kong, Japan, and New York. Prior to their work at Citi, they spent 12 years in government positions in Hong Kong and 5 years in military operations after graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Delf also holds a Qualified Non-Executive Director Diploma and serves as a Magistrate on the Adult & Family Bench.
