Michael Flores

Michael Flores is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in information security and risk management. They began their career at Citi, serving as an Information Security Administration Manager from 1998 to 2006 before transitioning to the role of Business Information Security Officer, where they focused on security oversight for the call center environment until 2015. Currently, as a Vice President in Cyber Risk Management at Citi, Michael leads the Global Consumer North America Third Party and Data Protection programs. They hold a degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
