Michael J. Kern, Ph.D., is a Global HR Advisor with over 10 years of experience in assessment design and validation, focusing on talent management, leadership development, and organizational development. Currently serving as Director and Talent Transformation Lead at Citi, they previously held various roles at Northwell Health and The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, where they initiated enterprise-wide talent management strategies. Michael completed their Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and has also taught at Baruch College, specializing in psychological research and Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
