Michael Katz

Michael Katz, CPA, is an accomplished Senior Finance leader with over 15 years of experience in Controllership, Financial Planning, Analysis, and Audit. Currently serving as the Headcount and Compensation FP&A Director at Citi, Michael oversees budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Institutional Clients Group. Previously, in various roles at Citi, including Operations & Technology Controller and Senior Vice President, Michael managed critical financial processes and implemented business improvements. Michael began their career at KPMG, working as an Associate in both Audit and Advisory. They earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland, complemented by further studies in East Asian Development at HKUST Business School.
