Michael Persico is currently the Global Head of HR for USPB Operations at Citi, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Michael served in various roles at Citi, including Director of Global Functions Human Resources and Senior Vice President for ICG Compensation, among others, from 2018 to 2022. Michael holds a BA in Psychology from Quinnipiac University and an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, and has been a member of SIOP since 2007.
