Michael Schaeffer, PMP, CSM, is currently the VP of Digital Product Management at Citi, where they focus on developing solutions and leading IT and marketing teams to drive digital success. Previously, they held roles such as Director of Project Management & Client Services at Usablenet and Manager of Customer Success at BrightEdge, contributing to significant advancements in customer engagement and digital marketing technology. Michael's career includes earlier positions as a Senior Project Manager at Solco Plumbing Supply and a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the State University of New York at Albany and a Master's degree at New York University, following a previous Master of Science in Management and Systems from the same institution.
