Michael Steele

Michael Steele is a commercial real estate finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets, acquisitions, and asset management. They worked as a Senior Associate in Real Estate Private Equity at Hackman Capital Partners from 2008 to 2010, and later served as a CMBS Strategist at Citi from 2010 to 2011. Currently, Michael holds the position of Director in Real Estate Finance and CMBS at Citi, where they focus on real estate cash flow modeling, underwriting, and securitization. Michael began their career as an Asset Manager at First Sterling Financial and held various roles in the industry, including Assistant Vice President at LaSalle Bank and Analyst at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. They earned their degree from the Wisconsin School of Business between 1997 and 2001.
