Michelle To is the Director of Global Market Management in Global Liquidity at Citi, where they focus on enhancing treasury operating efficiency and optimizing liquidity through data analytics. With over a decade of experience at Citi, they have successfully fostered client relationships across emerging markets and major financial hubs. Previously, Michelle served as a part-time lecturer at The University of Hong Kong, instructing final year engineering students in Strategic Management. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering Science at Harvard University.
