Mike Culshaw

Mike Culshaw is currently the Director - Senior IT Group Manager at Citi, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Mike served in various roles at Citi from 2010 to 2017, including Application Development Senior Manager and SVP - IT Group Manager in HR Technology. Mike also worked as a Technical Team Lead at AIG from 2004 to 2006 and had contract positions as a Senior Software Developer at Sulware Ltd. and as a Software Developer at TIAS Technology Pty Limited. Mike holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing (Multimedia System Design) with First Class Honours and a Higher National Diploma in Computing (Information System Design) with Distinction from the University of Central Lancashire, and completed the CORe program at Harvard Business School with Honors in 2016.
