Mike Scott is currently the Director of Common Platform Engineering – Generative AI at Citi, where they lead engineering efforts to develop foundational technology for generative AI capabilities. Previously, as an Engineering Manager at Aventus Operating System, Mike was responsible for growing the engineering team and directing the strategic vision of the product. In earlier roles, they founded Anvil Labs, a web design and development company, and served as a System Administrator at BDO New Zealand, contributing to IT standardization and digital transformation projects. Mike holds a degree in Computer Science and Graphic Design from the University of Waikato.
