MT Rodriguez

MT Rodriguez, SPHR, is currently the Senior Vice President of Employee Relations at Citi, where they oversee investigations related to retaliation, sexual harassment, and discrimination for Citi Latin America. With extensive experience in human resources, they have held leadership positions at companies including Whataburger, PepsiCo, and Perry Dental Health. MT has developed and implemented strategic HR initiatives, significantly increased performance metrics, and enhanced employee relations. They hold a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College. Fully bilingual, MT brings a diverse skill set in managing workforce dynamics and organizational development.
