Murray Coon

Murray Coon has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having held prominent positions at major corporations. At American Express from 2001 to 2003, Murray served as Manager of Campus Recruitment and later as Director, Global and Diversity Campus Recruiting, where a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy was developed and executed. Additionally, Murray worked as Chief of Staff for the Senior Vice President of HR, overseeing executive office management for a large workforce. At Citi, spanning 2011 to 2021, Murray excelled as Senior HR Business Partner for various organizations, where responsibilities included delivering strategic HR solutions for a global workforce exceeding 15,000 employees and supporting HR functions across multiple business units. Earlier experience includes recruitment roles at HealthSouth Corporation and admissions at Birmingham-Southern College. Murray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Birmingham-Southern College.
