Nick Sands is currently the Senior Vice President at Citi Ventures, focusing on enterprise software, AI, and cybersecurity. Previously, Nick served as Systems Engineer and Systems Integration and Test Lead at Lockheed Martin, where they led teams in surface warfare R&D projects and received the Lockheed Martin Excellence Award in 2018. Nick has also held investment roles at HYAS, Hyperscience, and DroneSeed, and was a Senior Associate at Dcode Capital, concentrating on commercial technology for federal applications. Nick completed an MBA Strategy Internship at Corning Incorporated, delivering key analyses that contributed to business strategy. They are currently pursuing further education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
