Nicolas Sablan is currently a Vice President and Product Manager at Citi, specializing in people insights and analytics within the People Analytics & Insights team. They partner closely with Data Scientists to develop business intelligence products, including dashboards and AI/ML models, and previously supported leaders in Global Diversity and Talent Management.
