Noelle Smith is currently an Investment Banking Associate at Citi, focusing on the Financial Institutions Group. They are a Golub Capital Board Fellow at NYU Stern School of Business, where they are pursuing an MBA and are recognized as a Forté Fellow. Previously, Noelle held various roles at Novantas, Leonidas Capital Partners, and Lincoln Financial Group, and founded the Haverford College chapter of Redefine Her Street to connect liberal arts students with industry professionals.
