Olga S. is currently the Head of Strategy and Business Development for Markets ESG at Citi, where they lead global initiatives to integrate ESG into the business and develop client solutions. A founding member of the team, Olga has played a pivotal role in establishing the infrastructure and strategy necessary to meet client ESG needs. They previously held positions as a Senior Consultant at Booz & Company and led corporate strategy initiatives for EMEA within Citi, focusing on strategic change and project management across various sectors. Olga is pursuing a BCom(Hons in Finance) and LLB(Hons) at the University of Melbourne and an MBA from London Business School, having distinguished themselves in each program.
