Pavan Surabhi

Pavan Surabhi is currently the Director of Risk Management Basel Oversight at Citi, a position held since 2023. With 18 years of experience in finance and regulatory reporting, Pavan previously served as the Director of US Basel III Regulatory Reporting at BNY Mellon from 2014 to 2023, where expertise in Basel RWA methodologies and capital rules was developed. Earlier in their career, Pavan worked as a Manager in Credit Risk Advisory at Ernst & Young and focused on Basel II reporting at Credit Suisse. Pavan holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Villanova University, earned in 2002.
