Penelope Gil

Penelope Gil is currently the Risk Assessment & Control Head for Wealth Southern Europe and Wealth at Work International at Citi Bank, where they oversee governance, risk assessment, and control design. They participate in Citi’s Accelerator Program for Artificial Intelligence implementation and have a substantial international background, having worked and lived across various cities including Geneva, Dublin, and New York. Penelope has also served as an adjunct professor at IE Business School, teaching Capital Markets. Their previous experiences include significant roles in Deutsche Bank and other financial institutions, focusing on business risk management and compliance. Penelope holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Financial Markets from Universidad Autonoma and advanced certifications in risk management.
