Peter Babb

Peter Babb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource and location strategy, workforce management, and process optimization. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Citi since March 2015, Peter focuses on human capital optimization and Robotics Process Automation (RPA). Previous experience includes various roles at Bank of America, such as Technology Project Manager and Business Process Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing corporate projects and improving business processes.
