Peter Lacek

Peter Lacek is an experienced leader in operational risk management frameworks and standards, currently overseeing Citi's global Internal Audit methodology. With a career spanning several countries, Peter has led significant policy and risk initiatives while focusing on operational sustainability. Prior to their current role, Peter served as the Global Head of Operations for Citi's Internal Audit in New York City and held key positions at MUFG Union-Bank and BDO in both Australia and the United States. Peter is also an Australian Chartered Accountant and has contributed significantly to professional organizations such as ACAUS.
