Philip Holmes

Philip Holmes is the Director and Head of CMBS Underwriting at Citi, a position held since 2002 where they oversee the underwriting staff and ensure accurate handling of U.S. fixed rate CMBS products. Previously, they served as Vice President at RBS Greenwich Capital and Huntoon Hastings Capital Corp, where they managed mortgage submissions and asset portfolios. Early in their career, Philip worked at Contifinancial Services and Barclays Business Credit in various roles, focusing on underwriting and asset management. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Land Development from Texas A&M University, in addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of North Texas.
