Philip Winter

Philip Winter is currently the Director of Prime Finance at Citibank, where they have served as the Head of European Securities Lending Supply since 2020. Additionally, Philip is a Treasurer and Board Member at the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA) and chairs its Digital Steering Group. Prior to these roles, Philip held various positions at Deutsche Bank from 2005 to 2009, including Equity Finance Trader and Manager in the Global Equity Finance Middle Office. Philip is also pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
