Piper Guzman serves as the Data Culture and Engagement Lead at Citi, bringing over a decade of expertise in project management within the banking sector. Previously, Piper held roles such as Communications and Employee Engagement Lead and Data Governance Foundation Lead, where they excelled in driving data-centric transformations and stakeholder engagement. Piper has also contributed to HR functions and event management across various esteemed organizations, fostering collaboration and innovation. An alumna of De La Salle University, Piper holds a degree in Psychology.
