Prachi Varma

Prachi Varma is a seasoned Human Resources Generalist, currently serving as the Vice President of HR at Citi, where they focus on Operations and Technology. Previously, Prachi held various HR roles at HDFC Life, including Deputy Manager and Manager - Corporate HR, where they managed the employee life cycle across different departments. They began their career with internships at Bank of Baroda and Karle Group, gaining foundational experience in employee engagement and retention strategies. Prachi earned a P.G.D.M in HR/Marketing from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
